Acts 26:18 (NKJV): to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’
When God opens eyes to the things of the Spirit, you see things the average person does not see nor can see. This insight will draw criticism because the critics have no context to what you see. They do not know how to interpret what you see, nor why you see it and they can not. Now the vision is called into question.
